Luna, Altis, Lark and Wren offer different home configurations. Altis is a 55+ community; that eligibility distinction matters before comparing it with the other collections. The specifications below were checked against Tri Pointe Homes' community pages on September 7, 2026.
Correction: This article previously misstated several size and bedroom/bathroom ranges and omitted Altis's 55+ designation. The comparison below replaces those descriptions.

Ranges describe the collection advertised by the builder, not a promise that every floor plan or homesite is available. Optional configurations can change a particular home's specifications. Confirm the exact plan and homesite documents before relying on a range.
Start with eligibility and home configuration
Tri Pointe describes Altis at Skyline as a gated 55+ community of single-story homes. Ask the builder for its current occupancy requirements and governing documents; do not assume every prospective household is eligible. Altis community information.
Luna's builder page describes detached homes. Wren's page describes paired designs. Lark and Wren are advertised as three-story collections. Consider stairs, bedroom placement, shared construction and outdoor space while reviewing the actual plan. Luna, Wren, Lark.
Build a homesite-specific comparison
Before a visit, request the floor plan, included features and current availability for each homesite you want to compare. Then ask for:
- The complete proposed price, including selected options and any lot premium.
- Written HOA charges, special assessments and estimated property taxes.
- The anticipated completion date and contract provisions governing changes.
- The scope of any advertised incentive, including financing conditions and expiration dates.
- Applicable occupancy requirements and the documents that establish them.
This article intentionally does not quote current incentives or mortgage rates. Confirm those offers directly when you are ready to evaluate a particular home.
Frequently asked questions
Is Altis the same type of purchase as Luna?
No. The advertised home ranges differ, and Altis has a 55+ designation. Start with its governing eligibility requirements before comparing layouts or costs.
Are all four collections detached homes?
Do not assume that. Tri Pointe describes Wren as paired designs. Review the legal property description and the plan for your chosen homesite.
What should I compare beyond square footage?
Compare the exact configuration, stairs, outdoor space, total proposed cost, ongoing charges, completion timing and contract terms. A collection-wide range cannot answer those homesite-specific questions.
