Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify our designated copyright agent by providing the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for further detail):

- Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information in writing:
- Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.

- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Rose District has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
MLS & Third-Party Content
Some content displayed on our website, including property listings, photographs, and descriptions, is sourced from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and third-party data providers. If you believe that MLS-sourced content infringes your copyright, please include in your DMCA notice the specific MLS listing number(s) and the MLS from which the content originates, so that we can address the issue promptly with the appropriate data provider.
Property photographs displayed on our website may be subject to copyright protections held by the original photographer, the listing agent, or the MLS. We display these images under license from the applicable MLS and will work with copyright holders to resolve any disputes.
